Where Are We?
Where Are We?

The Port of Corpus Christi owns nearly 350-acres of premier developable land on the Gulf of Mexico, known as Harbor Island. The ultimate development plan of Harbor Island remains to be determined, but a recent study conducted by Gee & Jensen highlights 3 potential uses:

  • Industrial-with oil fabrication and/or storage
  • Residential
  • Resort

At this time, the Port of Corpus Christi is seeking interested parties for the development of Habor Island. For more information, please contact Frank Brogan (frank@pocca.com).
