Legal & Other Requirements |

Compliance with legal requirements is one of the commitments of the Port’s environmental policy. The minimum requirements that may be applicable to operations occurring in the EMS fence line are provided on the attached legal and other requirements index. Operations should be reviewed for other applicable legal and other requirements. More information is available on the Environmental Regulations page. |

PCCA has developed several tools to assist Port users, contractors, and vendors in educating their employees on compliance requirements with this EMS program. |

Stakeholders with additional questions or needs regarding the EMS program may contact the Port’s Environmental Compliance Manager at (361) 885-6163. Stakeholders are also encouraged to participate in EMS stakeholder meetings or provide feedback through EMS suggestion box. |
